Did you know that YOU MUST NOTIFY PRIOR TO COMMENCING(DOING ANY WORK) and YOU MUST receive approval from the SCMA  Architectural Committee of any proposed construction, exterior improvements, remodeling, painting/staining, fence request,  decks, sheds etc. prior to commencing with any such project.

We also suggest that you also review the covenants prior to submitting

Please also review the Architectural Checklist and Guidelines

YOU MUST provide a hard copy to the committee

Submit a copy via email to the HOA and then we will have  Architectural chair contact you to provide a hard copy 

You must notify the board of your intent so that we are aware of the intention.  Email: suncountrymaintenance.com

DO NOT BEGIN OR MAKE ANY CHANGES UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED OF APPROVAL

You will be contacted directly by the Architectural Committee following review of your submission
