Did you know that YOU MUST NOTIFY PRIOR TO COMMENCING(DOING ANY WORK) and YOU MUST receive approval from the SCMA Architectural Committee of any proposed construction, exterior improvements, remodeling, painting/staining, fence request, decks, sheds etc. prior to commencing with any such project.

This policy addresses responsibility for removal of trees within Sun Country Estates Community that are on privately owned parcels, community land, and easements commonly owned by the Sun Country Estates Community.
Please review rules which were adopted 4-1-22 under Architectural guidelines for fees and fines.
The Sun Country Maintenance Association (SCMA) Board of Directors recognizes that there may be numerous artistic conceptions and ideas for the development of residential lots consistent with the covenants governing the Sun Country community.
The Schedule of Fees and Fines has been adpoted by the SunCountry Maintenance Board.
The Architectural checklist and the Fees and Fines documentation may be updated and modified from time to time. by the SCMA Board. This policy and fines schedule serve to provide each owner a clear understanding of the penalties involved for violations of SCMA Covenants and policies and for failure to respond to notice of alleged violations.
