Sun Country Estates began in the 1970's and today consists of 308 residential lots. It is a private residential community. All property owners share the costs of maintenance, repair and replacement of these assets.
We are located 75 miles east of Seattle, nestled at the foot of the Cascade Mountain range just off Interstate 90. Our community consists of homes and home sites that surround the 18-hole SunCountry Golf Course.
Neighborhoods are often social communities with relationships among members. You will find this here as neighbors share hikes, river floats, sledding and outdoor fires together.
