FILL OUT THE FORM AND SUBMIT to Kittitas Conservation District.
We are targeted for the chipping for MONDAY JUNE 19TH.
They will notify you directly and please ensure you follow the directions given by them to how the chipping piles are to be placed.
AGAIN, YOU MUST SIGN UP, they will only do homes in which have signed up!!!!

Did you know that YOU MUST NOTIFY PRIOR TO COMMENCING(DOING ANY WORK) and YOU MUST receive approval from the SCMA Architectural Committee of any proposed construction, exterior improvements, remodeling, painting/staining, fence request, decks, sheds etc. prior to commencing with any such project.
We also suggest that you also review the covenants prior to submitting

The Schedule of Fines and Fees has been adopted by the SunCountry Maintenance Board. It outlines specific violations of the SCMA Covenants and policies and lists the penalty for those violations.

This policy addresses responsibility for removal of trees within SunCountry HOA Community that are on privately owned parcels, community land, and easements commonly owned by the Sun Country Maintenance HOA.
Please complete an Architectural Request form and check the box "Tree Removal", email to the HOA and it will be forwarded to the appropriate chair.
DO NOT PROCEED TO HAVE ANY TREE REMOVED UNTIL APPROVAL HAS BEEN GIVEN

We are located 75 miles east of Seattle, nestled at the foot of the Cascade Mountain range just off Interstate
I-90
Our community consists of homes and home sites that are located along the Yakima River, a public 18-hole Golf Course and wooded landscapes.
All property owners share the costs of maintenance, repairs and replacements of HOA Property.
The Suncountry Golf Coarse is available and enjoyed by many of the homeowners but is not part of the HOA properties.
