Did you know that the SCMA (Sun Country Maintenance Association) board members are volunteers?
Do you know how many residential lots there are at Sun Country?
We invite you to learn more via the link below "About Sun Country Estates"
We are located 75 miles east of Seattle, nestled at the foot of the Cascade Mountain range just off Interstate
Our community consists of homes and home sites that are located along the Yakima River, a public 18-hole Golf Course and wooded landscapes.
All property owners share the costs of maintenance, repairs and replacements of HOA Property.
The Golf coarse is available and enjoyed by many of the homeowners but is not part of the HOA properties.
If you are a Homeowner within our suncountry community and would like a Directory, Send us an email at: email@example.com
Please provide if you wish to have a copy by "Address or by Owner Name"
You must provide: Name, address of your home, phone number.
Copies are only for homeowners and NOT to be copied, distributed to others
NOTE: You must notify and request approval from the SCMA Architectural Committee of any proposed construction, exterior improvements, remodeling, painting, fence request, sheds etc. PRIOR to commencing with any such project.
We also suggest that you review the covenants prior to submitting
Please Complete the 'Architectural Approval Form'
Form can also be found under the "Association Documents" tab at the top of this page.
also please review the Architectural Checklist
YOU MUST provide a hard copy to the committee and you may also submit a copy to notify the board of your intent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You will be contacted directly by the Architectural Committee following review of your submission
Please!!!....watch your speed and please adhere to the signs and flags posted showing the speed limit within our community is 15 MPH
This applies to all vehicles
(Cars/golf carts/atv's/motorcycles/electric bikes etc.)
If you personally know any of your neighbors or delivery/contruction etc. that are repeat speeding offenders speak up.
It can be tough to ask them to slow down without hackles but we need to ensure our community is safe for all.
You may write down the license, contact the owner if they are having a crew work on their property, contact the company/delivery or take a video of the speeding offender flying by your home.
Thank you all for your cooperation
Reminder to all Homeowners, Visitors within our community and anyone allowing usage of their home.
Under the protective covenants, Section 5 Revised Covenants Oct 23, 2000 States: Whenever an Animal is off of the property of its owner,
"It shall be kept on a leash"
Please remember that it is your responsibility as homeowners and those visiting our community to clean up after your pet and dispose of it at your home.
Please ensure you have a dog waste bags with you!
Please be kind to your neighbors and do not leave it for others to clean up.
